On the Way to Sodor

As they crossed the bridge, Edward noticed that the little tank engine looked a bit worried. 'Hey, you alright back there young one?' he asked. The little tank engine didn't reply for a couple of seconds, then he said, 'Well, it's just that this is the first time I'm going to work on a railway outside my region.' 'Ah, nervous are you?' asked Edward, 'Well don't worry about a thing, this new railway we're going to will be just fine. I hear it runs through some nice rolling landscape, there's plenty of green hills and mountains along the line and lots of beautiful places.' 'That sounds nice,' said the tank engine, 'But will we have lots to do when we get there?' he asked. 'Oh yes of course,' replied Edward, 'Driver said there's lots of slate mines on the island that we could use to help rebuild houses that are damaged, and there is also a lot of lumber and farm products to export too. So that means there will be plenty of goods trains on the new railway as well as a lot of trucks to shunt, and that's where you'll come in I'm sure.' 'More shunting?' the tank engine said sounding dissapointed, 'I thought I was going to pull trains like you do.' 'Well,' thought Edward, 'maybe if you show the Director you are a Really Useful Engine, then maybe he'll let you pull trains sometimes.' 'Maybe,' the tank engine replied, and with that the two puffed off into the night with their long, heavy train to their new home.

Just a photo I did to promote my newest project as well as a little story of what happened between the two engines in the picture. Yes I am giving my sprites a complete makeover to make them the proper, correct scale and to the highest defenition of accuracy I can get it. I will not upload any of the new sprites until I have got every one finished, but to show my progress I will upload a sprite scene featuring one or two of my new products when I do them.
